Well, I guess it's more like re-introducing. I've been making pottery at Wildgoose Garden for a while now, but here's more of the story.
During the pandemic, I found myself needing a creative outlet-something grounding, something new. That's when I took my first pottery class and over the course of the next few months crossed paths with my pottery partner Josh Miller. Together we decided to host an ornament making class Christmas 2021 at the garden shop Mom and I had just opened and the rest is history.
There's something about working with clay, shaping it with my hands, and embracing the imperfections that felt both mediative and rewarding. Now, with every piece I create, I'm reminded of the patience, growth, and beauty that comes from starting fresh.
